FH6 Known Issues & Bugs — Post-Launch Status
No game launches perfectly. Here are all known issues, patches released, and what Playground Games is currently investigating.
✅ Day 1 Hotfix (Released May 18)

The first hotfix (1.8 GB on Steam) addressed the most critical launch issues. Players still experiencing Profile Loading errors should use the Gaming Services Repair Tool.

AMD GPU Performance Issues

Current workaround:
- Update to AMD Adrenalin 26.5.2 driver (released May 14, day-1 FH6 support)
- Disable Ray Tracing in video settings (biggest performance impact)
- Set Reflection Quality → Medium, Shadow Quality → Medium
- Enable FSR 4.1 upscaling
- Ensure game is installed on an SSD (HDD causes stutter)
AI Difficulty (Drivatar Balance)

Playground Games has officially acknowledged AI difficulty complaints and is reviewing telemetry data before making adjustments. No patch ETA yet.
🛠️ Common PC Crash Fixes
Error 0x0 / Region Failed
This is a Teredo/NAT networking error. Fix:
1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator
2. Run: netsh interface teredo show state
3. If blocked, run: netsh interface teredo set state type=default
4. Restart the game
Crash on Launch (Black Screen)
